To United States:
- Ground: $8 or FREE for orders over $150
- 2 Day: $40 or $30 for orders over $150
- Overnight: $65 or $50 for orders over $150
- Orders shipped to addresses in Illinois will incur a 9.75% sales tax.
To Canada:
- $35 or $25 for orders over $150
To the rest of the World:
- $40 or $30 for orders over $150
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM (CST) will be shipped the same day, other orders will ship the next business day. Overnight orders must be placed Monday through Thursday by 11AM (CST). UPS orders placed on Thursday after 11AM (CST) through Friday 11AM (CST) will arrive on Monday. UPS orders placed on Friday after 11AM (CST) and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
Please note:
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applied once a shipment reaches your country. The customer is responsible for these charges. Penelope's has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For details, contact your local customs office.
Return Policy:
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days
- All returned items must be in new condition with all tags
- Shipping charge is non-refundable
- Multiple item returns in excess of $250 will incur a 15% restocking fee
To process your return, please contact us with your order number, and which items you would like to send back and we will email you a return voucher. We recommend shipping using an insured method, and please be sure to include a copy of your receipts as well as the return voucher. Please note that Penelope's is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges or items lost or damaged during transit back to us.

What method do you use to ship?
For shipments to the United States, we use USPS or UPS depending on what you order and where it is going. To Canada and other countries, we ship with USPS Priority or Express Mail International. Other shipping methods available, please contact us or leave a note in your order if you would like us to ship with a particular method. Please note that we do not ship to post office boxes, and may not be able to ship to certain international addresses.
Can I track my order?
We will provide you an order confirmation and tracking number once your order has been processed, within 24 hours of when you place the order.
My order is a gift, do you offer wrapping services or cards?
While we do not offer gift wrap, we would be happy to ship your package with a message to its recipient and a gift receipt. Please put a note in the message field when you check out and we'll be sure it is included in the shipment.
Can you provide more sizing information?
Because we stock items from many different designers, some clothing fits may vary. Items that do not run true to size are noted, please contact us for specific measurements and information.
